The FYRAL® 830V Protective Aluminumized Foundry Gaiters for Radiant Heat and Molten Metal Splash provide superior protection against the effects of high heat, flames, molten metal splashes, and intense radiant heat in the casting and metalworking industries.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Fabric: Aluminumized Viscose FR layer offering high radiant heat resistance and effective protection against molten metal splashes.

Design:

The gaiters are manufactured to open and close with a full-length zipper or a textile fastener along its sides.
It is manufactured with hook-and-loop fasteners as standard. A zipper can be added optionally.
The sewing threads are 100% para-aramid.
Zippers are made of metal teeth and aramid carrier material.
Other Accessories: Hood, sleeves, neck protector, apron, reverse apron.

Certifications and Standards:

CE Certification: Is certified with an EU Type Examination Certificate according to (EU) 2016/425 PPE regulation and carries the CE mark.
EN ISO 11612: Certified for protection against heat and flames with the following performance levels:

A1: Limited Flame Spread
B1: Convective Heat
C3: Radiant Heat
D3: Molten Aluminum Splash
E3: Molten Iron Splash
F1: Contact Heat
